Larry Starr Sarasota RVA: Our Cedars Tennis Resort features rental townhouses with one-, two- or three-bedroom units.
Aicube Blog: What amenities can visitors expect at any of the Larry Starr Sarasota area vacation rentals?
Larry Starr Sarasota RVA: For one thing, all of our rentals are fully furnished. Each is complete with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a full breakfast bar and spacious dining and living areas. Cedars Resort also offers several tennis courts and a Pro shop, swimming pool, fitness center, restaurant, fishing pier, bicycle and kayak rentals.
Aicube Blog: Cedars Resort has been present in Longboat Key for quite some time now. What attracted you to this property?
Larry Starr Sarasota RVA: We are very excited about the acquisition and look forward to preserving the successful history of this resort. Larry Starr Sarasota RVA: Yes, in conjunction with the Cedars Tennis Resort acquisition we also purchased Barrier Island Realty Inc. This real estate and rental operation has one of Longboat Key’s most professional and knowledgeable teams. Barrier Island Realty has one of the most prominent commercial storefront locations as well. This acquisition will provide our company, Larry
Starr Sarasota and Longboat Keys’ RVA, with the opportunity to offer residential and commercial real estate services from Longboat Key locations.
