According to the Instant Tax Solutions Ratings Team – who handle case file reviews and rate relevant topics for client education purposes – the Tax Problem Resolution Services Coalition has recently proposed legislation that would not only protect consumers but also make the market more difficult for scam artist to infiltrate. The Instant Tax Solutions Ratings Team says that tax law is a series of complex rules and regulations and praises the TPRSC for its efforts.

According to Stephanie Izen, many individuals do not know that by law, once a year, they are entitled to get a free credit report from each of the “Big 3” credit reporting agencies (i.e. Equifax, Experian and TransUnion). The website http://www.annualcreditreport.com, explains Stephanie Izen, was created because of this legal mandate. Here, an individual can request his or her credit report via email, regular mail, or by phone.
