James P. Stuckey is a man with a personal and intimate knowledge of New York City’s skyline. He is a visionary who has initiated countless projects to serve the city’s economic and structural development. Because of his great love for New York City, James P. Stuckey pushed for the development of the first office building to be completed after the September 11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center’s Twin Towers. It was James P. Stuckey’s belief that by rebuilding, the United States could prove its unity and determination to protect its freedom. 15 MetroTech Center South was completed just a year and a half after the attacks, and is the current home of Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Additionally, James P. Stuckey worked with the Bank of New York in their relocation after 9/11.
